1. Purchase Terms

   1. Acceptable Payment Methods are Visa and Master Card.

   2. All Forms of Payment must be in US Dollars.

   3. Personal Checks or Money Orders may be accepted with prior approval. Contact us at sales@creatingkeepsake.com for approval.

   4. Creating Keepsakes is a licensed corporation, and we process credit card payments directly and securely.
       

2. Shipment Terms USA Domestic

   1. We only ship Domestic USA via USPS Priority Mail with confirmation. Please do not ask us to change this policy.

   2. Some heavier items may be shipped via UPS, United Parcel Service, at our option

   3. We will ship USPS Media Book Rate on books only.

   4. The buyer assumes all responsibility for any uninsured parcel. Creating Keepsakes is NOT responsible for loss or damage on uninsured shipments. We normally ship un-insured, unless you ask for insurance.

   5. On some more expensive items, insurance may be required and is the responsibility of the buyer.

   6. We will always combine multiple item purchases for the best shipping rates whenever possible.
       

3. Terms for all International sales are as follows:

   1. Payment by Visa ~ Master Card, are the only accepted methods.

   2. Shipping overseas is by Air Parcel Post, Air Letter Post, USPS Global Priority, USPS Global Express. We normally try to find the most economical and timely method.

   3. Should you require a shipping rate quote, call or email to confirm your shipping charges BEFORE completing your purchase.

   4. Depending on your Country, insurance may or may not be available.

   5. International buyers assume all loss and damage responsibility for un-insured items.

   6. Italy: Shipments to Italy, can ONLY be shipped via USPS Global Express, with confirmation.
       

4. Returns

   1. If not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund of the purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable

   2. Contact us to obtain a return authorization before sending your item back. Non-Authorized returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

   3. Items returned must be in a new, unused, and saleable condition.

   4. No Refunds on Sale Items, discontinued items, or items sold on an “as-is” basis

   5. Books are non-returnable
